1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how HOLLIBAE ("HOLLIBAE," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with www.hollibae.com (the "Site"). HOLLIBAE is a personal creator and streaming brand — this Site exists to share streams, content, community links and merchandise with fans. We've written this policy to be a plain, accurate description of what actually happens on this Site today, not a generic template.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
As of the date above, the Site does not have any sign-up form, account system, or checkout flow that collects personal information. The merch store is currently a demo/preview and does not process real orders or payment information. If that changes — for example, when a mailing list signup or a live store goes live — this policy will be updated before that feature collects any information, and the update noted in Section 10.
If you contact HOLLIBAE directly (for example, through a linked social platform or Discord server), whatever you send is subject to that platform's own privacy practices, not this Site's — see Section 4.
Information collected automatically
Like effectively every website, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information when you visit — things like your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and timestamps. This is standard web server log data used for security, performance and abuse prevention, and it is not used to build a profile of you or sold to anyone.
3. Cookies & tracking technologies
The Site itself does not set first-party tracking or advertising cookies. The embedded Twitch player and Twitch chat on the home page are loaded from Twitch's own servers when you view or interact with them, and Twitch may set cookies or use similar technologies under its own privacy policy when you do — we don't control that and it isn't covered by this policy. If we add analytics (to understand how many people visit and which pages are popular) or other cookie-based tools in the future, we'll update this section and the Cookie Policy to describe exactly what's added.
4. Third-party services & links
The Site links out to third-party platforms, including Twitch, Discord, Instagram and TikTok, and embeds Twitch's player and chat directly. When you click through to or interact with any of these, you're interacting with that platform directly, and your information is handled under their privacy policy — not this one. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platform you use:

HOLLIBAE has no control over, and is not responsible for, the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party platform.
5. How we use information
Given how little the Site currently collects, our use of information is limited to:
- Operating, maintaining and securing the Site;
- Diagnosing technical problems and preventing abuse;
- Responding to you if you contact us directly; and
- Complying with legal obligations, if any ever apply.
We do not use anything collected through the Site for targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
6. Data sharing & disclosure
We don't sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose information we hold if required to by law, to protect the rights, property, or safety of HOLLIBAE, our users, or others, or in connection with a business transfer (for example, if the Site's hosting or ownership changes) — in which case any successor would be bound by this policy with respect to information collected before the transfer.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at the address in Section 11 and we'll remove it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over information we hold about you, which can include the right to request access to it, correct it, delete it, or object to certain uses of it (for example, rights recognized under the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act). Because the Site does not currently collect personal information through any form or account system, there is generally nothing on file to request — but if you've contacted us directly and want anything you sent deleted, reach out using the contact details below and we'll handle it promptly.
9. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the Site and any information associated with it, including relying on our hosting provider's security practices. That said, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site changes — for example, when a mailing list, live merch store, or analytics tool is added. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we do, and material changes will be reflected clearly on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
